Dental crowns are one of the bedrocks of modern dental care. Dental crowns are commonly used to restore a single tooth with a large cavity, but it can also be used to improve aesthetics and masticatory function. The latter requires the provider to have extensive training and experience in prosthodontics to successfully plan and render the treatment. Carefully designed crowns that are harmonious with facial aesthetics can dramatically improve the quality of life.
Our ceramic dental crowns are custom crafted by our partnered ceramist at a local dental laboratory. Dr. Jang is heavily involved in the designing process which ensures a successful outcome that most people won’t be able to tell the difference between the crowns and healthy natural teeth.

Getting Started on Dental Crown Treatment
At your first appointment, we’ll conduct a thorough exam including an x-ray, intraoral scan for a digital 3D impression, CT scans, and a full review of your medical history.
You will then meet with Dr. Jang to go over your diagnosis and discuss treatment options to make sure that dental crown is the right option for you.
